​As a native of the Bay Area I had the fortune to grow up in an amazingly diverse urban environment, surrounded by and influenced heavily by the unparalleled natural beauty of the San Francisco Bay and the entire Golden State.  My art reflects and celebrates this diversity and beauty.  Whether through abstract references to our changing cityscapes and landscapes, whimsical flights of fancy expressing the unique experiences California provides, or direct representations of our natural beauty, I infuse in my art a sense of what being a Californian is all about for me.
